1. The manager was telling him that he went out of his way to get him this job, and now he had to find a way to make it work.
2. Sallys tone is somewhat frusturated, she knows shes has promoted alot of awareness of equal right but shes knows she has a long way to go to really make change
3. He states that a student from a minority group is more likely to be placed in special education classes because they may be a language barrior to some degree and that may be seen as the child need special classes, although that may not be the case at all and they have the same level of intelligence as a normal child.
4. The ADA and IDEA changed how americans looks at the issue of disabilities. . According to these laws all people with disabilities have to be treated equally, and buisnesses must provide services to these people to help them function as well as people who are not disabled
